If you're drawn to a more spiritual approach to healing, one that honors both your energy and your inner wisdom, this session offers a gentle yet powerful starting point. It’s energy healing with a holistic view and intuitive guidance, supporting you in reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level.
I work intuitively, tuning into your energy and using my knowledge to convey what I notice during the session. Often, something surfaces that wasn’t yet fully conscious but brings clarity or a new direction, especially if you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
This session includes a Reiki healing and time to explore what you have experienced. Insights may arise through what I call translated messages; intuitive information coming through your energy field or subconscious. These are not outside messages, but rather reflections of what your higher self wants you to remember. I simply act as a translator, finding the words and images that resonate with you.
Over time, the messages I receive have become clearer and more direct. I often find myself using phrases or metaphors that aren’t part of my usual vocabulary—because they’re meant specifically for you. Wording is key, and I take care to share what comes through in a way that lands with clarity and care.
